After previous flooding events, the Garden Homes area has lost many of its homes

Let’s work to create zoning which is not so restrictive, then we can unlock the full potential of this area. Be clear, this area is privately owned, so the Village cannot force anyone to build. However, the current highly restrictive zoning leaves the village with bare land - contributing very little to our Village tax base.
